Several people advised him that, but is kinda pointless. The links can be long crawled by Google (so taken into consideration for his rankings), but not indexed.. Nowadays those kind of links rarely get indexed, but most of the time Google do crawl them.

I have made everything back to normal today, One guy said my site had CLS issues he has fixed it now, I updated date of 2 main posts do you think they will come back?

I contacted the guy who did speed optimization he checked the site and got to know that it has cls issue has has fixed them now I updated date of 2 main posts do you think they will come back?

If he broke the site and gave it CLS issues, he should be coming back to fix it.

There are many possibilities. Maybe your sute hitted by google for spam or duplicate content or site previous history not much well.

Make non anchored nofollow links from forums SM etc. If it does not improve see that authority of your links and remove, point to different tier 1 link, nofollow or disavow in decreasing order of authority.
