So hey BHW. I have created a website over the past month or two in the hope I would start making money via through clickbank quickly (only to face the cold truth). I'm sorry if this is the wrong area for a post like this. I would just like some help making my site profitable, so far I have had nearly 700 page views which is encouraging but I really don't know where to go the next.

    My site is: http://learntradingexpert.com

It is essentially a site for Foreign Exchange market guides, tips and tools (and a whole lot of adverts on the side).
If anyone can point me in the write direction I would really appreciate it.

Posting the URL in a public forum is not a good idea mate.

Foreign exchange is a tough Niche. 700 Page views are not a lot You will need more traffic.

Where is your traffic coming from? Maybe inflated by referrer spam

Out of those 700 visitors these past couple of months, how many of them are clicking on your advertisements (your click-through rate), and how many of those clicks lead to conversions (your conversion rate)? Also, is there anything unusual about your analytics data such as a high bounce rate or ghost referrers?

This is why using analytics is important, because we can't really tell you what the problem is without this information. It could be low quality traffic, too many ads, poor ad placements, unattractive banners, uninteresting products, or even a bad website design. Either way, if I were you, I would start with driving more traffic to that website, because 10-20 visitors a day, which may or may not be spam, is not a lot.

That's not exactly the type of thing that's easy to sell. Forex traders are usually wildly smart, and are not going off and looking for cheap Clickbank booklets to learn the game.

So, I think the first problem is your niche.

Then your traffic, work on that.

What CB product are you selling? It seems more like a education resource than an affiliate website. Purpsoe of your site must be to sell - not distract your visitors....

Forex training is a difficult niche and should be focused more towards the people that do not know much about online marketing and how to make money online. The problem with this niche is if you are targeting internet and forex savvy people then they are not going to spend money on something like this because they know better

Your site does not look bad and actually looks pretty professional, start targeting internet noobs who want to make some money online and you might make some more sales that way.

If all fails you could always throw adsense on that bitch because at least you can make some money.

You should know exactly where are you getting your traffic from, it might be some sort of spam.
Also check how many visitors click on the products you offer.

Anyways you might not get sales very fast or easily, you might want to consider A/B testing or placing the ads/products in a different places on the website.
