My site don´t RANK on Google

Hello guys!
First of all ,sorry for my English, is not my Native Language!

I really need some help on this :
I have my site : AAA.com last year with SEO and Rank very well , but Google banned my site after 8 months
After I speak with my SEO Provider, I decide to contact Hostwinds and ask for new IP Host for all my sites and , transfer all my posts from AAA.com to BBB.org site , because my SEO provider told me the site AAA.com is not any more indexed on Google and I can transfer all my posts to BBB.org site and Google is not DETECT ...

Hostwinds changed my IP from host and help me to transfer all my post from AAA.com to BBB.org
I pay for SEO and site is Rank very well ( with 2 KWs page 1 on Google ) after 2-3 months with SEO (1000 people daily on my site) but in 3 months my New Site from page 1 with 2 KWs was in page NA and i have MAXIM 10 People daily from Google on my site

Well , I told my SEO Provider what is happening and he decide to make a One SEO Package FREE , because I buy very much from him ... but he makes in 4 months TAT after that he told me to buy PBN from other guy from BHW and I buy 100 PBN

After 4 months with SEO + 100 PBN my site is in Google page NA , but in Bing , Yahoo .... my is in Page 1 with 2 KWs ...
My site BBB.org is indexed on Google

I make other site subdomain http://Keyword.CCC.org and with same KWs after 1 months rank on Google in page 19

I want to mention my Domain AAA.com is now expired

Now ... What can i need to do for site BBB.org to rank again in Google ...
I really want some helps guys on this ...

Have you been able to resolve this? Were there any messages in your Google Search Console account for any of the domains?

Learn to do the SEO yourself. Even if you outsource it, how would you know if it's any good unless you know how to do it yourself!
