My Organisation google play console terminated

Hi friends recently i start a new startup a fintech company users can recharge mobile, DTH, electricity bill amd many more but unfortunately yesterday morning i received a mail from google play console Your account has been terminated reason “High Risk Behaviour” I have everything like gst certificate in corporation cer Everything then they terminated my account anybody have any idea how how to get this console account back. I am a app developer and many clients give me access to their console to published the app on their account and I know who’s account terminated. Helped me frnds i already invested a huge amount.

Did you do necessary regulatory compliance related stuff? Maybe because of that they did this.
