My list is not making me money

I build a list through youtube in im niche and have about 700 subscribers so far. after about a month
However, my list is not buying converting well.
The list has been built primarily through video review pages,
and it seems that users should be targetted for im products, yet when I send out other promotions, they just don't buy.
Any suggestions? I really found a good way to build a list but if it's not converting, then what's the point?

When you build a list, you have to look larger. Those 700 subs are nothing compared to others. Keep building the list and make sure you've killer sales page within the email when you send them.
