Just entered my 4 accounts in FL to warm up. I will be using next method to warm up my accounts:

Day 1: Creating my account, PV, MV (mail verified). Liking few (3-7 likes will be ok) popular accounts pictures (justin bieber, selena gomez, etc.). Following popular accounts too (1-5 follows will be ok). The thing here is to behave like real person, and not a bot.
Day 2-4: Submitting my accs in FL. For 3 days I will be using following settings: 1-100 follows a day. 1-39 likes a day.
Day 5-7: 150-300 follows a day. 1-39 likes a day.
Day 8-10: 300-450 follows a day. 1-39 likes a day.
Day 11+: 450-600 follows a day. 1-39 likes a day.

The liking Im just using only for behaving like real person, because from my point of view following/unfollowing looks like yor are a bot!
