Adwords support probably didn't finish middle school, I had a guy from support ban my account and then told me to appeal it and then when appealed they told me I was shit out of luck
Imagine if that happened in literally any other scenario, you're having trouble with netflix, support gets you banned and then they tell you you're fucked and you can't make a new account.
Their more than worthless support is why I have such a booming business.

Some keyword approve you need more time.

Are you sure your keyword is approved by google? If google approve your keyword then you need more time.

Try increasing the bid. It's possible that your bids are too low for your ads to enter the ad auction.

Don't mess with anything. Just wait and you will start seeing impressions.
