My follow back rate is so shit

i have started using Mass Planner for 2 days now but not sure what i am doing wrong since my follow back arte is so poor. im posting high quality pics etc so not sure was wrong if anyone can advice i would be gratefull. i am running 10 accounts and they all seem to be the same, niche is clothing since thats what i enjoy most
