My facebook account is restricted too quickly!! help

Anti-detected is the answer. You should manage it with a good proxy as well, i recommend residential proxy, or at least us proxy. Apart from that, you should warm it up properly as well, not just like spamming.

i think you should edit your facebook accounts to watch videos, likes, comments on people's posts in the friends list a few hours in advance, then use normally to avoid account restrictions
 
When logging in on new browsers, you should warm them up for at least 1 week so they can get used to the new browser.
