My competition is first on Google with only 3 backlinks!

Hey, guys,
I have a warez website targeting one keyword (3 words). I have roughly 12 backlinks and plenty of text on my website. And my site is still on page 9 of google search results...

Now the interesting thing, my top competitor has roughly 3 bad backlinks and is FIRST in Google search! How the hell is this possible?! It really pisses me off because he does nothing and is first, lol...

If anyone knows where the problem might be and can arrange for my site to be on the first page of Google, please send me a private message and a price for this help.

In some niches age of site matters along with backlinks, what is the age of competitor, is the site structure, on-site SEO comparable to you, permalinks, breadcrumbs, internal/external linking.
I have two clients using wordpress and custom html/php, custom html website had far better indexing rate and very few not indexed, while in wordpress, you know there is high percentage of not indexed pages.
So there are other factors past backlinks

Yes it is true that my competitor has a domain that is about 2 years old and my domain is almost 2 months old.

My website doesn't use WordPress, I have an almost 100% custom html/css/js site that I created myself. It's a one page landing page. I also translated the page into 25 languages, not using some plugin, but honestly each translation is static with a custom URL and with adequate hreflangs structure.

I checked his links in Google using the "site:" command, I think this is the most reliable way to discover all backlinks. If some are hidden, even Google can't see them, so it has no SEO relevance, right?

This, age matters, i have personally experienced, Google wants new sites to not get top rankings easily, better try a expired domain in relevant niche, and compare your results, expired domain with few backlinks will be good, has to be relevant, and best results are with already indexed domain, that expired just 1 or 2 months ago
 
Besides backlinks, Google considers other factors like content quality, user experience, and site authority. Your competitor might have a better on-page SEO, a stronger domain authority, or higher engagement metrics.

Bro, If i buy an expired domain, will it be considered a new or old domain?

This can be done with Highly optimized content, CTR manipulation together. I do it on a daily basis.
 
Google considers other factors as well and there is no way to tell how many backlinks they actually got.

Its added before 2 months on auction site, and no one bought it and its available for buy and its 3 year old and its showing 60,000 back link

Please avoid this, you do not know what shadow bans the domain has from google. By the amount of updates google does now, you have to be very thorough before buying an expired domain

Not sure exactly, but it is very important to do a thorough analysis on all of this, since he's right, that if it is shadowbanned, all your time and money would go in vain... the sites selling old domains sometimes have a spam checker which can show you the likelihood of it being bad

Watch for sudden traffic drops on SEMrush, avoid if it had no traffic on semrush. Finally, check on Archive.org for spam in history.

PS. If possible also check anchor text ratio.
 
Toady SEO Links not important. I saw many site owners who only think that if he create only backlinks their site will be rank fast. But remember seo is a game and backlinks is a smallest part of this game. Backlink is not everything today SEO.
