My 50k+/ Month from Facebook Ads Only

Okay, I've read from page 1 - 7.

I'm on neutral ground.

Summary :

gmsniperx & mickyfu enlightenment me in Facebook ads.
Although it's not a complete guides.
But from there you can start searching for other information.

2 donor member and 1 newbie oppose gmsniperx and claim his thread useless because it doesn't help anything but just want to brag about his $50K success.

The thread split into two, one backing up gmsniperx, one against him.

The thread become 7 page long without any real helpful info that worth the 7 page.

Most of the post are attacks or hate speech against each side member.

But however the thread makes me want to start Facebook ads.
With physical product instead of CPA or dating offers.

Do you log in from same computer/IP when creating a new account at facebook?

if some of the guys in this thread who can barely type let alone string a coherent sentence together can make so much with methods similar to this then maybe I have a shot ;D

OP:

-are the main networks that you use for affiliates hard to get access to? like neverblue etc? I'm a complete newb and I feel like they're just going to auto reject my app as they seem quite picky. any tips for this?
-what's the best alternative to these? just search google for reputable affiliates that have solid landing pages etc? like is it extremely crucial to find really clean affiliates if you only plan on using one credit card?
-I live in NZ which is quite a small country, for say the dating niche would it be recommended to start advertising in places like the states/UK instead or should I go elsewhere?

Thanks for the info so far it's really motivating! When I get 15 posts I am going to send you a PM too ;D

Bidding Strategy:

Many people have asked me about the bidding strategy i use, so i thought to explain that a bit. It may not be the best strategy but this is what i use and i am satisfied with it. I read it somewhere quite a long time ago so don't remember the reference.

I start mostly with the highest bid suggest + 0.10 CPC. For e.g if i am suggested 0.12-0.24 CPC then i set the bid to 0.34 CPC and set campiagn budget to $10. Then i keep the campaign running for $10 and don't change the bid in between. When $10 is consumed, i pause the ad and let it remain paused for 10 minutes or so. I read somewhere that Letting your CPC catch up with your CTR lowers the CPC. So at this point i check how good is my CTR, if it is anything above 0.2% i resume the ad and increase the budget to $30-$40. I actually notice CPC drop for most of my campaigns this way. When it reaches the next budget limit i pause it again to let the stats get updated. Check my CTR, if it is still strong enough then i resume the ads with budget set to $200 and keep monitoring my campaign. This method totally relies on your CTR. Higher the CTR => Lower the CPC, Keep making new campaigns with different images and headlines. You will surely see improvement in your CTR and soon you will get a winner ad copy that you can keep running for some time.

Another thing i sometimes run my campaigns only in the peek hours that is 5pm - 12pm. This also gives me better CTR and more conversions.

thanks for this, exactly the type of info i was looking for!!

do you only focus on FB ads? what about google or bing ads?

i guess ill wait a week or 2 for others to quit before i give this a go

Glad you mentioned this, because these things you have to have in order to hit the larger numbers on FB.

You are telling us your story like it was very easy to get into FB advertising!
I see people asking many questions but no one asked about the first step you mentioned which is:

Of course you will need genuine accounts with high spend limit (and replacement accounts ready) which are very hard to get! That's really the only big limit you will have! if not then everyone should start banking from FB ads day 1!
The second limitation is that you will need a decent cloacker which may cost up to $999 to be able to advertise on dating!

My 2cts

What tracking do you use?

I use Prosper202, But i am thinking to try Cpvlab aswell.

so essentially, you day part?

if so, do you lower your budget or pause the ad during non-peak hours?

I heard doing any of the two will increase CPC.

I lower my bid to a number closer to avg. CPC. Let's say if my avg CPC is 0.21 then i will set my bid to 0.21 or 0.20. Then you will see a drop in your avg CPC as well as lower number of clicks on your ad. And around 4-5Pm i raise my bid again.

So what's the best method, posting affiliate links in fan pages you've built or send people directly to landing pages?

Or does keeping a fan page end up being more profitable long term?

I have tested both, direct to landing page has given me better results. If you want to build a long term realtionship with your visitors then i would suggest you to make a list so that you can sell them affiliate products through emails later on.

How do you get fb ads account without getting suspended, two of my account got suspended within last one & half weeks. Please tell me how can I resolve this issue.

What type of campaigns did you make?

I just try to use legit CC, old fb accounts and my IP is dynamic aswell. When i get my CCs used, i ask my bank to send me new ones because i have lost previous ones. But i haven't made any accounts from quite sometime now so don't know what exactly is the situation of making ads accs these days.

But however the thread makes me want to start Facebook ads.
With physical product instead of CPA or dating offers.

Thats a much better option to try. If you have a physical product you will keep your account saved from getting flagged.

Do you log in from same computer/IP when creating a new account at facebook?

I use the same computer but fresh windows. and i have dynamic IP.

-are the main networks that you use for affiliates hard to get access to? like neverblue etc? I'm a complete newb and I feel like they're just going to auto reject my app as they seem quite picky. any tips for this?

Its hard to get approved in a good network and they ask for your previous earnings proof etc and they might ask about the affiliate manager in the CPA network you have already worked with. Get one of their representative on skype and talk to him/her. And you can always ask an already reputed affiliate to talk to the network to get you in.

I think its better to start clean. As i mentioned it in my previous posts that i do include some casual offers in my campiagns aswell but i always try to find mainstream dating offer first. If there is no good converting mainstream dating offer for that country that i try to use the least casual offer just to be safe. And i always use clean landers.

I would recommend you try with countries where CPC is low.

do you only focus on FB ads? what about google or bing ads?

I tried adwords once or twice but i was a newbie back then and now i can see what were the mistakes at that time. Tried bing aswell, got breakeven results with some clickbank products but also didnt like it. Then i jumped in FB, and i am loving it. Other than that i am an extreme SEO marketer.

What timezone Fb Ads Reviewers follow ? I want to know when do they start a new day for our campaigns ?

How do you get dating ads approved on fb? Read a lot about fb rejecting them..do you play with the angles so it doesnt look like a dating ad?

Thanks
Seriously? I see dating ads in facebook every time I log on, it can't be that difficult. But then again, I have never tried, nor have I ever clicked on a FB ad.

Yesterday i made ad with about dating and it was approved

My question is

Why i don't have clicks on landing page

My ad looks like :
Date a Millionaire Today
Join a Sugardaddie - Millionaire Dating Site.
As seen on TV. Find a Man. From $12,99/mo
On landing page you can just click to redirect to dating site

Facebook clicks = 15
affiliate clicks =0

How that is possible

Why someone click on facebook and then gone

It doesn make any sense

I'm not talking about sales - i'm talking about clicks on landing page where you can't do anything else like click

gmsniperx

Can you show us sample(could be not yours) of good facebook ad on good niche?

@gsmsniperx ive added u to skype but ur never online?

Some good nuggets and thanks to those that contributed something helpful. Although sifting through all the e-dick sword-fighting, I thought I was watching a gay pirate show.
