It is in a way, but when you compare it to having your websites slapped, it only seems like a minor inconvenience. Just got to keep on top of it like everything in IM, nothing is just easy.

He really did not get the chance to provide much when certain people decided to turn it into a dick measuring competition with their screenshots.
As for easy, if you were to go into media buys and it just worked for you, you would think it was easy too. I actually think the work I do is easy, but to others it seems complicated. What is easy and difficult all depends on the person.

Yeah sure I know where you're coming from just i think that at some point your bank will slap you as well when you turn up for the 10th time asking for a new card. LOL
I know my Bank Manager would slap me that's for sure, having said that she can sit on my face as well but that's another story..

Yep it's possible though very unlikely you could have a go and hit the sweet spot straight off and if you read some of the Gurus you'd think it was easier than taking sweets from a baby.
Fact is in most cases it isn't so the advice is tread carefully, set yourself a budget and split that budget so you can test as much as possible.

No, just used to use a bog standard bank account.
Maybe not where you live, but here in our lovely little country they do. I have no need to post random shit on the internet which has no basis. As said above by another member, it is the easiest way to get another PayPal account. I can guarantee in the UK the card number changes, when adding details like address you just simply change a letter of your postcode and it is good to go.
I cannot see it being different in any other country either, because it is the card number what you use to pay for things online. So logically, in any country they would change the card number.
I tried in on 2 diffrent bank accounts (not UK) and both times i got only my cvv2 and date changed nothing else.
Looks like i will have to visit the UK to open a new bank account
Well my Neteller card is what I opened my latest Paypal account with, and I am near enough certain that I changed my Neteller card to open a new PayPal when my account got closed. So you could give neteller a go to make things easier. I really do not see how they would not change your 16 digit number if your card was stolen. It is the most important part of your card.

Bidding Strategy:
Many people have asked me about the bidding strategy i use, so i thought to explain that a bit. It may not be the best strategy but this is what i use and i am satisfied with it. I read it somewhere quite a long time ago so don't remember the reference.
I start mostly with the highest bid suggest + 0.10 CPC. For e.g if i am suggested 0.12-0.24 CPC then i set the bid to 0.34 CPC and set campiagn budget to $10. Then i keep the campaign running for $10 and don't change the bid in between. When $10 is consumed, i pause the ad and let it remain paused for 10 minutes or so. I read somewhere that Letting your CPC catch up with your CTR lowers the CPC. So at this point i check how good is my CTR, if it is anything above 0.2% i resume the ad and increase the budget to $30-$40. I actually notice CPC drop for most of my campaigns this way. When it reaches the next budget limit i pause it again to let the stats get updated. Check my CTR, if it is still strong enough then i resume the ads with budget set to $200 and keep monitoring my campaign. This method totally relies on your CTR. Higher the CTR => Lower the CPC, Keep making new campaigns with different images and headlines. You will surely see improvement in your CTR and soon you will get a winner ad copy that you can keep running for some time.
Another thing i sometimes run my campaigns only in the peek hours that is 5pm - 12pm. This also gives me better CTR and more conversions.

if so, do you lower your budget or pause the ad during non-peak hours?
I heard doing any of the two will increase CPC.
