I offer various services depending on the clients needs. This could be a SEO + video marketing campaign that runs for 2 months and requires an advert to be made. One of my last clients was a realtor looking to grab customers in their local borough and they spent £7500 on an advert campaign to get it set up.
I don't understand what you mean.

Do you have any tips on contacting/getting clients? So far I emailed a bunch of local businesses and called a few (around 70 total so far) but I havent gotten any response back. I'm not sure if the emails are even getting to the owners.

One of the best ways to go about it is finding the right emails to contact. I avoid a lot of emails that start with support, info, and other variants because I realised I get little to no responses from them.
I go for ones with the persons name because they're more likely to respond.

I was just looking into this kind of project, and the platform seems rediclious simple, and super expensive.. Im properly moving on building my own platform, what i've seen that the client pays you 100$ as you said, and you pay the platform 40$.. Its really seems expensive, you are interested, i would love to build such a platform, and if you would need any speciel features i would love to build them..
Just in case this can optimize your profit, then it could be a cool project to work on.. Let me know if you can optimize your business with a cheaper alternative, then im ready to go into business.. Otherwise ill just use it myself, and see how this method works with a phoner.

I was going to close this but it appears there is still conversation that others can have relative to the original post so we are going to leave it open.
Yes, the prohibit 'filtering' bad reviews, but they can't prohibit the business from attempting to re-contact the customer to dissuade them from making the bad review. That's why the platforms that offer 'review management' or 'reviews optimizations', have to put the link to the review sites in plain view, though you can redirect them to a page that prominently displays 'other links' (back to the business, or a phone number to call them) more so than the direct link to the review site, as long as that review site link is still on the page. Or else Mike Blumenthal's business and Grade.us, and all the rest would be out of business already.
They're just like 1/2 the potential clients/customers/prospects out there who are in denial of what digital marketing services require and cost. They are in denial of the fact that the 'kid down the street' with gaming and online skills is no longer gonna cut it, because the 'big boys' are driving those costs up every day. In short, they're just cheap b*st*rds who are quoted $1000's for a website, or $1000's for SEO, and refuse to succumb to market forces. They will die if they don't adapt.
