It looks like another 'copycat', who tried to copy what Grade.us and Gatherup.com (Mike Blumenthal's site, formerly 'Get Five Stars') are doing. Just because one 'copycat' fell down, doesn't mean it's an illegitimate opportunity. There are 100's (10's of 1000's in the case of 'guru's' and IM biz opp sellers) who just flat out copy what a successful operator is doing. Then they underfund the endeavor, or don't maintain the biz properly because all they were after was 'another market' or 'another dollar', and had no real interest in the particulars, details or especially the dedication needed to be successful. If Mike Blumenthal is doing it, it's legit; for sure.

@cactiv1 It seems like you know a thing or two about this business model. How familiar are you with ORM?

I would just send mass emails about my service and what im offering. for example if I send 1000 emails a day I am bound to get at least a few positive leads a day. right?
