Hi there,
I have a subdomain of my website, I have been doing all the work on it. But, now I want to make more subsections of the website and I want to use this subdomain authority
I'll make a simple 100% similar example for the case:

I have a subdomain of my website, I have been doing all the work on it. But, now I want to make more subsections of the website and I want to use this subdomain authority
I'll make a simple 100% similar example for the case:
- pizza.domain.com is the subdomain
- I want to make more sub-categories like lasagna, salad...
- Making new subdomain contains all food: food.domain.com
- Redirecting pizza subdomain to food.domain.com/pizza/
- I have already made 1 or 2 subcategories, so I'm redirecting pizza.domain.com/salad/ to food.domain.com/salad/
- pizza.domain.com is 3 months old
- Majority of the links going to the subdomain main subdomain homepage: "/"
- 10 main indexed pages
- Is it a good plan to make a new subdomain or I should use a subfolder (domain 200 days old)?
- Will the new subdomain have the advantage of the old subdomain age (even if it's 3 months)?
- Will google pass the full authority (Rank) of the old subdomain to the new subdomain directly, or it will pass by the indexing of each link?
- Will the rank drop for some time? if yes, how much in average?
Sincerely, HiDeath
