Monitoring profiles for viral content

If you don't want to use a specific tool, you can of course hire a professional who does scraping for a living. Try posting in "Want to Buy" or "Hire a Freelancer".

How many do you want to monitor?

The best suggestion will be (if your requirements are extended) build your own so you get more option to get your job done.

The faster and more information you try to scrape/automate, the more expensive it is going to get.
The proxies, accounts, servers and tools have been getting expensive as Instagram gets stricter.

To keep the costs low, stick to slow and free tools out there or invest a little bit of money to get access to the better and faster ones.
