I'm doing alright with adsense earnings (~$1000/month) but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to increase profits. Maybe promote some affiliate link on my channel? I'm pretty new to this forum, and IM in general, so I was hoping you guys would have some good ideas. Thanks

Yeah, you can go with an affiliate link in the description, but stay away from adfly and that kind of stuff because is against yt tos.
But I have one question, is it allowed to use OGads or something like that on youtube?

is it videos you do yourself ?

# of subscribers if possible ?

I make compilations of conservative speakers/reporters debating other people. Since I don't own the content, I have to be careful about copyright detection and strikes, but it hasn't hurt me too much. I'm coming up on 8,000 subscribers.
 
There is not much you can do if you don't own the content. You can increase your views if your niche is broad, based on the numbers I can tell it is. You can also open a website to redirect your viewers, set up ad$ense and in-text ads on your website.
