Modify JavaScript code that publishes draft videos on YouTube.

is able to publish videos on non-monetized youtube channels but not able to do so on monetized channel because these channels have extra steps to click, as shown in the images below.

This is where the code hangs because it doesn't have code for clicking the "Non of the above" and "submit rating" button.
