    Hi there,

I'm looking for a link cloaker/link shorten Wordpress plugin that can detect if the user that clicked the link is from mobile or desktop, and redirect it to a specific site suited for its source platform.

I've been searching tools like Pretty link Pro and others, but none of them offers what I'm looking for.

I don't even think that it exists.

You must have to use ClickMagick for getting good and efficient services.
    It is very useful.

LinkTrackr is good for split link cloaking.
It is a good and effective tool, you must have to try it once for experiencing its services.

The reason is likely because you are mixing apples and oranges. Cloaking organic/paid traffic doesn't have a direct connection to masking/shortening links. You could use two tools to accomplish what you want -- one for each. Since most cloaking these days is for paid traffic there isn't a large demand I would suspect for a combo-tool.
