A colleague and I are looking for a mobile app developer with significant experience in either iOS or Android (both a plus) to help build out a teaching survey tool currently in a beta form. All details are available subsequent to NDA signing. This is a small project but would pay $1000 up front, $1000 after a preview of the tool (and code documentation) is provided and a final $1000 I completion.
