Is it worth it to invest in some MNS sites from one of the sellers on BHW? Will they actually make adsense money? I will be happy if these little investments can succeed to earn me $1 a day, but what are the chances of that?

It really depends on both the seller and yourself really. It's the seller's job to provide a site based around profitable KW's, with soft SERP's competition, onsite SEO, themes that work with Adsense and quality content. Once you have the site, it is your job to keep adding value to it (backlinks, content) until you reach the top 3 spots, where the real money is. Once you are there, and IF the seller has provided you with the right kind of site, $1 a day is the bare minimum you would earn.

And I shouldnt expect any revenue for at least a few months...

Not really, if the KW is easy enough you can rank it high in 2-3 weeks on average (sometimes sooner). Once there, revenue will start coming.
