Hello.
I own a Micro-Niche Site that was created about 2 months ago. It looks pretty nice and it's filled with about 4 articles of roughly 1000 words, each having the keyword mentioned 2-3 times. The articles are written grammatically correct and contain photos and some videos. The site has a Privacy Policy page as well as a Contact page.
This site ranked around position 30 on Google (with little fluctuations) when it was published, with no backlinks.
About two weeks ago I decided to apply for AdSense. I made sure everything was alright with the on-page SEO, double checked the grammar and I wrote a new article of around 800 words (again containing the main keyword, images and videos).
I inserted the ads through the AdSense plug-in for WordPress, along with the Analytics code, and everything was good.
Now, two weeks later from applying to AdSense I still get the message that my application is under review. I also got an email from Google saying that they observed I implemented a new ad unit but I did not inject the Ad Code (again, I used the AdSense plug-in, I did not make the ads myself) or if I think the Ad Code is injected properly I should place the Ads on a page that receives some form of Traffic.
At the moment I am waiting for some Social Signals to be delivered and I plan on buying some backlinks from the Marketplace this week.
Do you have any suggestions on what I should do about the AdSense Application?
Should I implement the Ad Codes myself instead of adding them through the AdSense plug-in?
