misunderstand with hosting plan!

i have buy a domain on godaddy and i was going to host it on godaddy, but unfortunately i chose a word press hosting instant web hosting!
so; is there is any way to host that domain on worpress hosting plan? or even change from word press hosting to web hostin?

You can even copy your post here and send it to godaddy support.
 
Just call Godaddy Support or email them. They have i think a 48hr or so refund period. You can convert the Hosting Packages.
 
So far i know you can simply remove wordpress and install whatever you want

that is same shared hosting just that come with preinstalled wordpress.
 
Get in touch with Godaddy support ask to retain the domain name and use their domain name management services, then change the name servers to point at the wordpress instant web hosting and hey presto. Problem solved.
 
No worries yar. You can change the plan and i hope you will not be charged for this. As mentioned above, you get confirmed about this thing by opening a ticket to the hosting company.

I have been hearing horrible things about godaddy. Not to mention, host gator had a complete melt down yesterday with their mysql servers. Keep us updated on their response and if we need to recommend you another host then we will :)
 
well u can contact support and honestly saying godaddy vps are fine but their hosting itself sucks..
 
okay i have contact them yesterday and they refund me in my GD account not my credit card, and i am fine with that. thank you.
 
I think it's possible to change and you should contact with GoDaddy support and they will resolve the issue must.
