I'm triying to buy an .com domain and get this error:



With a coupon: "cjcRMN199" can get a domain for 2,15$ without problems

yes,they have probably a minimum of 2-3$ ,name.com and namecheap are the same.

I used a coupon a few days ago to purchase a .com domain for $0.99. When I went to pay there was an error that said they couldn't process orders under $1.00 so I was forced to add an additional product to my cart before being able to check out.

I'm sure you can find a lot of coupons around the web for 1.99. Come on man, it's only an extra dollar .

BTW: if anybody on this site is still paying full price for ANYTHING on GoDaddy, you're doing it wrong.

The reason why many sites have a set minimum checkout amount is their payment processors have a set fee. Anything under a certain amount may be negative profit.

You can install an extension called Honey which automatically checks the web for available coupons. Works really well for a lot of sites like GoDaddy, Amazon or BestBuy.
