Million's doing site flipping?

Would people be interested in buying websites that have traffic? Semrush verified sites, with 1st page google ranking for at least 3-5 keywords that are searched over 5k Times per month?

I’m asking because I’m thinking about ranking sites and just selling them once they get 1st page rankings. I would like a little feedback on what people would buy and at what price. Maybe once they reach 100 visitors per day I’d start to sell them. Thoughts?

Of course I’d upsell the monthly SEO service so my customers can increase their rankings and keep getting more traffic.
