I can give you a solution. I am from India there is a service called flikover.com this company provide service for Indians only. I use ahref tool for Rs 600/months. Which is around $9. But they provide service for India. You can't use their service outside from India. So, buy a India location vps and use their service for $10.

Hello, I have read your article and I feel that it has benefited a lot. But I have a question. Is this tool ahrefs equally powerful for other languages? For example, if my native language is Chinese, can this tool capture a large number of Chinese long tail keywords? Also, does this method work for SEO on youtube?

You can use the same method for finding AdSense keywords, just don't filter with best, cheap, etc
