As I stated in my OP...

Now, post your link all over the place, use high-trafficked forums full of
people searching for whichever download you chose to share.

Using no "real" traffic-driving methods, I have been making an average of
$200 a day with this method for the past 3 months. I'm lazy when it comes
to traffic-driving, so all I've done is use some Fiverr gigs and microworkers
to post on large forums (mainly found on BigBoards) for me. I also created
two videos - yes, just TWO, told you, I'm lazy!, uploaded them to YT, and
got a bucketload of traffic from there as well.

When I started this method back in February, I used $15 to purchase 3
Fiverr gigs, and made $26, on average, each day. So, week 1, spend was
$15, income was $180!!! Nowadayas, to achieve the $1k+ per week, I'm
spending around $60 a week between Fiverr and microworkers :)
I'm pretty confident that, if you're not as lazy as I am where traffic-driving
is concerned (I have an excuse, I work almost 24/7 on other stuff, lol), you
could easily generate over $20 a day, in your first few days, without
spending a single dime.

I am NOT a "traffic-driver" it's not my thing, and you might notice, from the
fact that I only made about 8 posts over 3 years, lol, that I'm not much of
a forum poster either. I'm a coder, I dream in code, and allow it to rule my
life :)

So, from the OP, you will see, more or less in as much detail as I'm willing to
provide, a general outline of how I got my visitors. It has improved and
been refined over the weeks, as I have developed relationships with the
outsourced gigg providers and microworkers. They now know exactly what I
want, and I hardly need to provide them with anything, other than the
name of the download I want them to distribute my links for.

ANY method of driving traffic, free or paid, YT, Social, PPC, Forums, etc
can be used for this. It's not that I've read them, because I haven't, but I
KNOW you would have at least 6 months' worth of reading, on this forum
alone, if all you ever read about were traffic-driving methods.

So, the ball's in your court, don't look for excuses, don't over-think or
over-analyse, just get your page made and live, and then blast the shit out
of it!

Thanks for the reply. I read the OP but was searching on fiverr as to the type of gig/service. I also want to add an idea to your idea. Since you are hosting a LP, would there be anyway that you can start publishing ads on your page just to maximize traffic if they dont click on the download link?

Absolutely!
Just replace some of the "slices" with images and hyperlinks which display ads of your own.
To do it correctly, slice around the ad boxes on the original page, and then
replace those "slices" with images made to the same exact sizes.
That's the easy way, you can make the route you go down as convoluted
as you wish, always weighing up the ease of production (for you), versus
the money-making abilities of a perfectly presented page :)
 
I'm taking action.. with adult forums and filesonic landing page and LeadBolt content locker.. lets see what goes on!
I will make a few posts (around 5) on a HUGE porn forum to test and will keep you updated if I get any conversion..
I'm only in doubt with my URL, I think it wont convert! (my url looks like www.mywebsite.com/download)
but, i'll test anyway because i have no money to buy more domains.. i should do it later if i get nice conversions

Just one question came to my mind when I thought about scaling this stuff up a little. You said you did fiverr gigs and microworkers to post your links in forums.

Well, in case you used not really legal content, how did you label these jobs? I mean, did you just say "I will pay 5$ to post my link in 20 download forums", or how did you get around this? Or did you really use holiday pics of yourself or something? :p :D

If I posted holiday pics of myself, people would run for miles!

As for "did you just say...", actually, when I started, that pretty much sums
it up :)
I went further in the beginning though, so I actually sent them lists of
forums and asked them to create profiles and to post. I introduced "link"
posting slowly, so as not to come off as an out and out spammer and ruin
the created profiles.

I'm also getting asked about the downloads. I don't only offer downloads, I
lock lots of stuff, but, whenever I DO lock downloads, there IS a real
download behind it. More often than not, I will have downloaded it, run it
through Virustotal, and I then keep an eye on the Uploads site to ensure
I'm still sending my visitors on to an "active" download.

IF you con your visitors, and they complete an offer and then don't get what they
originally wanted, they DO get pissed off, and they WILL try and
make life difficult for you. Your visitors have been on your site, and have
done something for you. Make sure you value that, and reward
them accordingly.

It's early days, and 6 clicks is way too small an amount to get your hopes
raised just yet.
However, do keep in mind that adult traffic, whilst plentiful, is notoriously hard
to convert. Personally, I've struggled to find things to offer adult surfers,
which they're actively searching for, and for which they're willing to "do"
something. The reality is that, for a very high percentage of stuff you might
offer them, they can already access it for free, and without having to
complete anything.
Most porn surfers are also VERY wary of submitting their "details" in case, God
forbid, it gets "found out" that they were surfing p0rn!

Don't give up though, you've done the hard bit already, now just chill and
hope to reap the rewards :)

Could you provide us with more stats? maybe not your daily revenue but something like how much $/100 or $/1000 u.v of your "fake page" you make.
 
I just don't know other niches and how to drive traffic for'em.. :S

I get, roughly, just over 20% conversion rate. Meaning that, for every 100
people that my locker pops up for, using this method only, around 20 will
result in a credited lead on a network.
Keep in mind that I wrote "pops up for" intentionally as, when I use this
method, only people who click on the link are going to see the locker.

Also keep in mind that I send visitors that are searching, mainly, for the
specific file I'm offering, so they tend to want it enough.

Finally, remember that I have a long relationship with the Networks I work
with, and some pretty tight relationships, built up over years, with my AMs,
so my lockers seldom include offers that consistently shave and scrub.

I refuse to include offers which pay out below $1.50, so, on average, I'm
earning around $45, give or take, from every hundred displays of my locker.
I tend to achieve between 300 and 500 daily displays

I'm convinced there are people on here that are WAY better than me at
driving traffic, and at tightening things around "desperate" niches. Those
people can easily make 10 times what I'm making. I have a number of
revenue streams but this one is by far, the one that gives me the best ratio
between amount of headaches and work, to reward :)
 
hello all,

so i spent probably almost the whole day trying to get this code to work with
cpaconvert script (BHCB clone) with no luck. It requires to call the locker.js
right before the </head> tag. And also im not sure about the "guid"

So with this code im actually calling the locker twice with no guid. Have tried
inserting locker link only within the body but still no joy.

After testing im able to host and run it but after clicking on my trigger image
the locker does not come on, but it simply does the link swap.
Any insight on this would be appreciated.
 
Hi, fell upon this doing my usual round of seo tip searches. I am not involved in IM and have a legit services site i like to boost with the od black hat method... despite that i like the idea and understand the concept and implementation. my only question is, what 'network' do you use to generate the revenue for something like this. i asume it wouldn't be something that would force a purchase of some sort of product prior so could you point me to something that is a little more reasonable to ask in order to garner some $$ in exchange for a link.
