Thanks for the screenshots.
My strategy for keyword research is much simpler though.
All of the inurl and intitle stuff isn't really necessary, and can also keep you from going after some very good keywords which everyone misses due to following these kinds of keyword research processes.
Let me explain with an analogy...
Let's say I'm in a competition for who is tallest.
Let's say I'm 6 feet tall.
If I enter this competition in a town full of dwarves, does it matter whether there are 30,000 dwarves vs 30 million of them ?
No it doesn't.
I'm 6 feet tall, and bigger than every dwarf out there, regardless of how many decide to enter the competition.
What matters is determining how many TALL people there are, not just how many people.
So when doing SEO keyword research, the only thing that matters is determining if you can be in the top 3 positions for your keyword term. Although there are many factors which affect this, the biggest two factors are: a) the Google page rank of the top 3 sites, b) the number of backlinks of the top 3 sites.
Regardless of how many competing result pages are out there with a matching title or a matching URL, the biggest factors are seeing the Google PR and backlink count of the top 3 positions in the SERPS.
If you can beat them, then you'll win the game. You'll be the tallest, in a town of dwarves.
In summary, you can reduce the keyword research steps to:
1) find a keyword term which gets a decent amount of traffic per month, say at least 1000 exact local USA matches per month
2) determine if the keyword term has commercial intent (longer tail keyword terms are normally better, product names, looking at CPC bid prices of the keyword, etc)
3) use a tool such as Market Samurai or Traffic Travis to determine the Google page rank of the top 3 pages in the SERPS, and also the number of backlinks to these pages (backlinks to the page are more important than backlinks to the domain). A rough guide if having a CPC bid cost over $1, and the pages having less than 100 backlinks to the page.
That's it.
After that, use the various backlinking strategies you can learn here on BHW, and hammer at it until you get to position #1.
