Too much risk of wasting time without a guarantee on getting paid. Sounds great at first, but with 25 pages of I didn't get paid it sounds like this method is dead.
 
Seems no one get paid for this method? Maybe most CPA network can smell it easily now
 
Most networks won't payout if you send them a bunch of leads that don't convert on the back end. This was once a good method, but those days are behind us.

You might luck out and find a network that hasn't been abused by it already, but once they realize that all the leads you're sending them are null, they'll suspend both your account and payment... so use this method at your own risk.

Even on incent networks where low quality leads are expected from the start?

The concept isnt dead, as there are new people who join the internet evryday who haven't been approached with the offer.

The problem lies with the network. They're not going to pay you for leads, because none of them will convert. Maybe try adding a twist to it, but I wouldn't waste too much time on it.

AdWork media doesn't have top offers right now + each method needs some twists..
