It is just that I can not do this. I love to make business, but not by deceiving people which who knows, signed-in in desperate need of some money just to find out they were just used. I am not sure if blackhat is about that and I know this is been done until saturation by many, but I certainly prefer to use methods that deliver what is been promised.

It's not blackhat. Blackhat is about gaming systems and breaking rules established by the major players (google, facebook, twitter, etc).
Fraud and stealing is not blackhat, it's criminalhat.

I have no good experience with indeed, they ban your account so fast, before you can even reply to your applicants.

1. i'm assuming this is for the affiliate network application? if you have no website, write "no website yet" or "www.google.com". promotion details write how you will promote the offer. "i will post job ads to send traffic to job offer". if you get denied just keep trying. there's many noob networks that may accept you. see affpaying.com they have a section for noob friendly networks.1 what do i say in the account type area and website and promotion details so that i can get accepted

2. you can be in any country to do this. your traffic country just has to match your offer country. example don't promote it in germany when your offer is for brazil. if you have a german traffic source you need to match it up to a german offer.
3. you dont need a website but it helps you get more conversions. compare these two links:
(a) jobs.blackhatworld.com vs (b) clicktracker.com/?affiliate=serenitydev?offer=049324?tid=394032
link (a) will get more clicks = more leads = more money every time. link (b) will be dismissed as spam by most people.

pick which ever one best resembles what you plan on doing. if none just pick any.
tell the truth. "I don't work with any other network yet". if you lie and for instance say you work with peerfly, the manager will may contact peerfly manager and inquire about you, your traffic, your performance, etc.

after long time reading all the 23 pages, i get some new informations and how to avoid ban's, but the Question is : DID ANYONE GET PAID ?
if Yes Share the proof, Cause i saw that ADM is asking for proofs before payment, and they mark the leads as fraud.

i just tried it out and get Banned on Indeed just right after sharing the job title x"D ! maybe it's too saturated now !
but it will work forever, just try to find another boards and platfroms and it will generate you tons of $$$ !

2 things you can doHey there
a) find another network that has job/surveys that you're looking for. (i like offervault.com to find offers)
b) pick random offer and tell your traffic to complete it because it's an application test for the made up job (ie: data entry) you're offering.
there are ten other places you can post job ads on other than indeed. try those.
