As mentioned before, you could always ask them to e-mail you. Sending links through e-mail shouldn't be a problem.

Keep in mind that I did what was easier for me, I did it locally. I currently live in a Tier3 country so that means that every lead gives me $0.31, at best.
This is my first day doing it and there is a lot to improve. I just wanted to wet my feet today. Tomorrow I'll go after the big conversions, Tier1 countries.
Sure, $5.58 isn't a lot. But 18 leads kinda helps us newbies. If it were Tier1 conversions those $5 would be around $25, or more.
Just because OP mentioned FB Groups as an option, doesn't mean it's the only or best one. Most of my conversions I got through Indeed.
If you're saying a method here on BHW doesn't work, you either:
1- Haven't tried it yourself.
2- Haven't done it long enough.

It seems to me that when someone posts a 'Method' here, you expect to be spoonfed. Don't do that to yourself, it takes away the pleasure of learning stuff and seeing the fruits of your hard work.

I have tried it and still trying it, i haven't given up. Its good that you are earning from this method but it would have been better if you had tried to help me out from in the place i got strucked. I don't say that methods on BHW don't work, they certainly do and nor do i ask for spoon feeding but still thanks for your sincere reply and motivation, i'll find out my own way and suggest others too to do the same if they get strucked somewhere.
 
do they require your signups to do a survey before you get paid?

It's going to be 48 hours now and no approval email as of yet, how much do I have to wait for my "adworkmedia" account to be approved? Or how do I know if the rejected for my application for publisher account?
 
I applied for one of the US campaigns and got denied. I want to reapply because I could use this one very well I think, so what can I say to "how will you promote this campaign" that will result in an acceptance? Thanks
 
Interesting method. Aside from FB groups and CL, what are some good websites to post job offers/job postings?
