it would have to have a few hundred pinners and have thousands of pins already on it for me to consider it a larger board. Boards with a thousand pins or less I consider small boards.

I do create some group boards myself and grow them out but to be honest I prefer to just join other group boards. There are so many about that it's easy to find ones in my category.

What I mean is that there are lots of Pinterest group board exchange threads here on BHW. If you are looking to trade boards with someone you should look in those.

That is an impossible question to answer. You will have to test and see how well your content engages people. No one here is going to spoon feed you. If you plan on making it in IM you need to learn a lot of this stuff by trial and error.

Do you use a landing page for the products or link directly to the sale? If you do direct have you ever attempted a landing page to warm the sale, offer a takeaway deal, etc.?

If its direct to the sale what kind of buy page works well with Pinterest traffic? Do you push reviews, images, mimic other sites, etc? Anything in general stand out for converting this traffic?

I have already stated what tools and bots I use in this thread. Are you sure you have read this thread? Because you are still asking questions that have already been answered.

No I don't use any sort of landing pages but generally that's a good idea. I think why I am so successful with this and why others fail is because I am pinning items from sites like Etsy so I dont think that raises as many red flags as it would if it was my own little site. In my experience linking to sites like Etsy, Amazon, Poshmark all do well. You have to take the demographic of Pinterest into mind when deciding what to promote.

Few people claim that Group Boards aren't effective anymore and it's not worthto build the Pinterest Traffic Strategy around them anymore.

What are your thoughts about that?

Maybe the strategy they are using is not working for them or may not be working as well as other methods so they make those claims. Each to their own I guess. I get decent traffic from Pinterest and from that traffic lots of buyers so I'm happy with it.

Did you experience any decrease of traffic from the group boards in the last few weeks/months?
I planned to try the 4 accs * 1 pin/day * 90 group boards strategy myself, but now I'm concerned that it's not worth my time anymore. They said that pins that got pinned on group boards don't get as much engagement as they were used to get few weeks/months ago and that thhose pins are not getting found from people that are not in those group boards?
