I wouldn't get to down about it. It can still be worth it. After all, the whole original method is based off that one link. It has a surprisingly high conversation rate.

Incorrect: The post does not strictly pertain to CPA just because it was used in the method. This method can be used to promote ANY link/website.

anyways, i haven't answered, because i don't know the answer for most of these questions
i simply used free domains, i didn't bother with subdomains and redirects, so i cannot really elaborate on that
i used the same url per 5 accs and telling the truth, i'm not sure about the limits anymore, as somebody said he's using 10 accs with the same url, it can be 10, i just remember that i couldn't use the same url on too many accs, because all got banned and maybe i used the same url on only 5 accs to play a bit too safe
so it's either 5 or 10, test it
the ip question is a tricky one
i haven't managed too many accs since there's this pw reset fuckery, the ip rules were strict enough before and i can imagine it's gotten even more stricter
it would be the best, if you'd create the accs with the same ip what you're planning to use them with later on
personally i'd recommend using private proxies rather then VPNs, with VPN ips you can never be sure, they can be abused to hell
but before you'd do anything, you have to be sure that the proxies can be used on instagram at all, your best bet is asking the provider beforehand
with most providers, you can use the same ips throughout more than one payment cycle (for long months ideally, if there's no problem with the datacenters for instance) or replace them with new ones once per month
you can use an emulator named bluestacks or bots: the mega bot or followliker for instance
if you go with the private proxies & bluestacks route, there's a tool called proxycap what you can use to force bluestacks to run through your proxy
somebody hopefully can shed more lights on these questions

how about using a auto responder? collect email address at the first place with instagram, then send out the offer straight away to their mailbox? I think it will be safe from cpa networks, also for a long term income. :drinking2

That's a FANTASTIC idea. I wonder if there are tools that let you make AWebber pages more mobile accessible. I think I'll do some research on that one

Great Method OP, Never really used instagram but I can confirm this works...I made an instagram account last night using bluestacks, used an email submit offer from one of my CPA accounts (pays around $0.70) and did a redirect on a .com straight to the offer, I also setup a follow bot last night. Woke up this morning and had 1 conversion.
It literally took me an hour to set everything up...now it's time to scale up.
Also I notice someone saying to use a lander to collect emails, I think that's a great idea...going to set this up later. I plan to create a simple mobile lander using wordpress to grab emails then blast the cpa offers to their inbox. I think this is a good twist as it will leave you with an email list to promote tons of other offers, CB, AMAZON ETC.
Sky is the limit. Take action, it works!

So you logged in and out of each of the accounts daily? Anyone know of a way to run multiple instances of bluestacks (besides a virtual machine) or some other emulator that both supports google play store and multiple instances, genymotion doesn't have play store.

If you plan on running more accounts than you can management manually then find a bot to run them.

XGram is by far the best Instagram bot. Theres not much it doesn't do. If I recall correctly though, it's not supported by the original creator anymore, but nulled versions work just fine. At least, the one I tried did.
As far as Pinterest bots, there are a lot out there, but 90% of them are complete shit. I was never able to find a useful one.

but that payout on that offer is real shitty
find a US email submit which pays more, something around $1.60-$1.80 and have a healthy EPC
