Hi everyone,
As many of you know, Meta's AI on Instagram has been banning a lot of people when certain actions trigger its automated systems. Because of this, I lost around 10 accounts due to Integrity Violation. Those accounts shared some overlapping information—some used the same email address, some shared a phone number, and I had them all linked in the same Accounts Center on my main phone so I could easily switch between them when I was away from home.
After losing them, I tried almost every recovery method I could find, except taking legal action.
Now I want to get back to actively managing accounts, and I'd really appreciate your advice on how to do it as safely as possible while keeping costs low.
The most important thing for me is being able to access 3–5 accounts from my phones while I'm away from home. Would it be better to get a separate SIM card for each account and use a different email address for each one? Should I also avoid linking them through the same Accounts Center?
The biggest thing holding me back is that I'm afraid of investing my time again, building new connections, growing the accounts, and then losing everything all over again because of another automated ban. I don't want to spend months building something just to have it disappear overnight.
I'd really appreciate it if you could share your experience, how you structure your accounts, and any best practices you've found to reduce the risk of this happening again. Thanks!
