Hi everyone,

As many of you know, Meta's AI on Instagram has been banning a lot of people when certain actions trigger its automated systems. Because of this, I lost around 10 accounts due to Integrity Violation. Those accounts shared some overlapping information—some used the same email address, some shared a phone number, and I had them all linked in the same Accounts Center on my main phone so I could easily switch between them when I was away from home.

After losing them, I tried almost every recovery method I could find, except taking legal action.

Now I want to get back to actively managing accounts, and I'd really appreciate your advice on how to do it as safely as possible while keeping costs low.

The most important thing for me is being able to access 3–5 accounts from my phones while I'm away from home. Would it be better to get a separate SIM card for each account and use a different email address for each one? Should I also avoid linking them through the same Accounts Center?

The biggest thing holding me back is that I'm afraid of investing my time again, building new connections, growing the accounts, and then losing everything all over again because of another automated ban. I don't want to spend months building something just to have it disappear overnight.

I'd really appreciate it if you could share your experience, how you structure your accounts, and any best practices you've found to reduce the risk of this happening again. Thanks!

use real iphones with fresh sims and dont link accounts together
Would Android phones be fine as well, or is it better to stick with iPhones?

Also, can I safely use devices that were previously used for the accounts I lost due to Integrity Violations, or is it better to start with completely new devices?

If I want to keep my accounts from being linked together, is it enough to simply never log into multiple accounts on the same phone, or can Meta still associate them?

And what about using the same home Wi-Fi? If all the accounts connect through the same IP address, could that increase the chances of them being linked?

Avoid linking all your accounts in the same Accounts Center and use a unique email for each account. Other than that, focus on following Instagram's policies and avoid aggressive or automated activity, there's no setup that guarantees you won't get flagged again.

would you recommend getting sim cards for each page?

Android phones still work quite well. If you want to prevent your accounts from being linked together and getting banned en masse, you should use a rotating proxy to better ensure the security of your accounts.

No setup is completely risk-free, but separating accounts and following normal usage patterns has worked much better for me.

Using unique emails and avoiding unnecessary links between accounts can help keep things organized but the biggest factor is following Metas policies and maintaining consistent authentic account activity
whats authentic account activity to you, if i log in just to post and log out after, is it sus for ai system?

keep each account as independent as possible and avoid unnecessary links between them Using unique contact details where appropriate enabling two factor authentication and following Metas policies has been the most reliable long term approach for reducing the risk of account issues.

Different email and phone number for each account is a good start. Also keep them out of the same Accounts Center. Warm them up slowly and don't push too many actions too fast. Nothing is 100% safe, but keeping everything separate definitely helps.

Strictly never link them in Accounts Center, isolate each account with 1 unique email, 1 separate SIM, and use cloned apps (Dual Apps/Secure Folder) while cycling 4G IP via airplane mode to prevent device fingerprint bans.

I'd keep each account as separate as possible—unique email, recovery info, and avoid unnecessary linking.
No setup is ban-proof, but clean separation and natural usage have been the safest approach in my experience.

>> Yes, its always best to keep them as isolated as possible.

Regarding your fears of starting again, it'll be great if you could share what exactly were you aiming for/actions that you were doing? Because its hard to give proper directions for safety while we're not even aware what is that you are doing/trying to do on those accounts.

Im running pages in different niches (completely normal and white themed), following meta guidelines, i was switching between them in a same accounts center and then i unfollowed around 25 people using one of the pages and it got suspended and caused a chain suspension in other pages too. After that some got disabled due to integrity, some got recovered, and i also used same emails and numbers for a couple pages. I already understand i made every mistake possible to trigger AI, and lose accounts one by one. Now i want to make a max reliable setup, separate mobile numbers for each page, separate email, no linking in accounts center, only thing that seems useful and is expensive is proxy, i'd prefer making a setup avoiding it somehow. Is it possible?

Stop using the Accounts Center to link them, that is just begging for a chain ban. Keep every profile completely separate with its own email, number, and proxy.

sim per account isnt really needed unless you actually need 2FA on the number. what kills you is IP and device fingerprint, not so much the sim itself. i've run pages fine on email only signups with no phone attached.

that said, the wifi thing you're worried about is real... 5 accounts all on the same home ip switching around is exactly the footprint that got you chained last time. you dont have to buy expensive rotating proxies for a small setup, cheap 4g/mobile data proxies or even just cycling airplane mode on the phone gives you a fresh ip per session, works ok for small numbers.

honestly the unfollow 25 people thing was probably the trigger more than the linking. batch actions like that on a warmed account meta flags instantly. slow it down, spread it out.

and no, dont reuse the devices from the banned accounts if you can help it. the device id already carries flags from the integrity strikes.

What about managing these accounts through browser profiles? If you're comfortable working from a laptop, it's worth managing each account in a separate browser profile, using an antidetect browser tool along with a proxy to create a clean, isolated environment for every account. If your accounts keep getting suspended repeatedly, you should separate all the identifying information: IP address, browser fingerprint, account details, and so on. That way each account looks like it belongs to a completely different, independent user, instead of all of them sharing traces that Instagram can link together.

Keep your setup completely de-linked by using unique emails and phone numbers for each profile, and absolutely do not group them under the same Account Center. When warming up or running accounts, space out your actions—avoid aggressive botting or spammy behavior to bypass AI detection. Frankly, no setup is 100% ban-proof, but isolating your assets and staying under the radar is your best bet to survive the sweeps.
