Using someone's copyrighted trademark without asking their permission for an honest bad review will get the site shut down if the trademark owner wishes so.

Don't get me wrong... I am no white angel.

But I do not hide behind the "free Internet" philosophy just to steal stuff.

What I do is quite different.
I download WSO from the download section.
If it is trash--- I immediately delete it.
If It has good information -- i go and buy it.
Why do I buy it?? because I have made a killing in IM...
and I want that guy to keep on doing research for me and keep on publishing the information thru WSO or whatever.

Why not just pay for it...and then return it??
Because that hurts your paypal. They see you returning a shit load of stuff... and you lose credibility with them.
That is why i download it from here first....
but it is not to avoid paying $17 for it....
$17 is nothing to me...
I have paid over $1000 for one of these courses...
and hundreds for others not shared here...

and they were worth every penny.


Paying for WSO that are good... is like feeding the golden goose.
Soon it will lay another golden egg.... and you can profit.

If you pirate all the WSO... it is like cooking your golden goose for a quick meal.

Reviews are allowed under current trademark and copyright laws.SOPA had nothing in it about ending it. And if a company did get a website shutdown invalidity,the owner of the website can sue for damages. SOPA protected websites from invalid shutdowns.

Megaupload is as guilty as they come.

And I bet you that the mega people will cut a plea bargain.

Why... because there is so much evidence of what they were doing that their own lawyer is going to take them aside and tell them... "look shit looks bad... a jury is going to cut you a new azzhole... so we need to settle for a lesser sentence."

It is real easy to post from the comfort of your own home that "Megaupload has done nothing wrong.... it is our right to free internet and all that bs..." but when you are in prison.. waiting for your trial...
the bullshit stops.... the courts are real..... the prison time is real.

trust me.....
I have seen some of my friends go down hard.....
thinking they can bullshit their way out of it....

Telling everyone on the streets fuk the judge I will just tell him "no judge, the drug is not mine.... I left the window open and someone just threw it in my car trying to frame me...."
so for megaupload it would be..
"no judge, Those movies are not ours, we did not know users were uploading copyright materials.... our competitors are trying to frame us"

What if i download a movie thats worth $20+, and find it bad. Then I delete it. How's that any different than what youre doing.

I never said I was a white angel.

Every WSO has a moneyback guarantee.
That means they are okay with me reading the information...
and they leave it to my discretion if I do not like it... then i get my money back.... that is their rules... not mine.

I am not stealing from them... i just do not want to taint my paypal because most of the WSO are shitty...

Movies do not have money back guarantee......

I am not stealing... If i find anything remotely useful in the WSO.... I pay for it.
 
I would get into some of the benefits of piracy also or how it doesnt lead to lose of profits but i dont to waste my time. If people like Virus1 dont even know that they're doing it themselves, I have no idea how they'll understand that

I am not denying that I download them.
I am describing the reason that I am doing it the way I am doing it.

It is still wrong... and I admit it.

I should purchase them...and if I do not like them then delete them and tell paypal to get my money back.
That is how I should do it.
but I don't ... I am wrong for downloading them first from BHW because it is convenient for me.
