Media files unable to import to wordpress

I had a site of 10 posts one 1 hosting account. Then I exported all its contents using wordpress export tool. Then I tried to import this xml file in other wordpress site using import tool of wordpress. But media attachment fails to upload every time. I searched whole online forums , youtube but none is helping. I need immediate help. Any useful guidance is highly appreciated.

What's the size of the files you are trying to import mate?

What type of media files are they? Does the hosting have a size limitation on it for uploads?

You cant import media files in wordpress. Try to embed and use it with wordporess
