Hi,

I've noticed a significant decline in my Google clicks since yesterday, as shown in this screenshot:



Could this be related to Google's new spam update that was rolled out on the 27th? If so, what steps can I take to address this issue, improve my site, or work around it?

Most likely related.

We don't know what specifically they targeted so hard to give advice yet.

Keep observing the top SERPs as they evolve and pay attention to content and backlinks top competitors use.

Be very critical of your work and compare it to competitors.

That will give you a clue about what they want to see on top now.

I would say to increase high quality link building - like editorial reviews etc (less spammy service)

Sometimes, the rankings automatically come back in next update. So waiting till next update is the easiest solution. Otherwise, you may build more backlinks to receiver faster.
