Mass Planner Refund?

    I know quite a few people on here were affected by the Mass Planner shutdown and the core reason for us purchasing the subscription was for the Instagram capabilities. My Instagram features have all but almost completely been shutdown (only 2 auto followers and 100 auto likes) since what happened despite Mass Planner saying it would work still throughout the subscription. If anyone has experienced things differently please let me know, I however would like to know if anyone has gotten a refund. I have requested one but they completely ignored it saying that full customer support is available and the features are fully operational (which they are not). I purchased this the day before the Instagram shutdown.

    I think you don't know how to use it. Have you checked the tutorials? Did you create an account on mpsocial.com and search for your problem there? Why don't you ask for a solution to your problem before saying it doesn't work?

    I wasn't aware MP was only for IG?

    Have you contacted the seller on here?

    I don't feel that it would be fair to ask for a refund as IG shutdown was abrupt and they had to comply with IG.

    Yes I know how to use it, I used it for the 5 days and configured my settings very well with 10 sources at least for each action, and had great results always reaching the limits that I set. However as soon as the shutdown occurred no matter what new settings I attributed it was a hard crash. Their website is down, showing little support from them, and the forums have nothing about refunds. The entire reason I got this software was exclusively for the Instagram packages. So without them, this software is useless to me.

    Mpsocial is still there and nobody else is saying it's not working. As MP said, it will continue to work until the end of the license. Ask on MPsocial.

    Isn\t it weird you're the only one saying it's not working?
    Anyway..if you really want to fix your problem just post a screenshot of you Tools tab maybe I can help you

    It's all working perfectly fine, try re-adding accounts that sometimes fixes bug, but honestly i think you just dont know what youre doing yet, MP is a learning curve it took me some time too to get everything running how i want it
