I know quite a few people on here were affected by the Mass Planner shutdown and the core reason for us purchasing the subscription was for the Instagram capabilities. My Instagram features have all but almost completely been shutdown (only 2 auto followers and 100 auto likes) since what happened despite Mass Planner saying it would work still throughout the subscription. If anyone has experienced things differently please let me know, I however would like to know if anyone has gotten a refund. I have requested one but they completely ignored it saying that full customer support is available and the features are fully operational (which they are not). I purchased this the day before the Instagram shutdown.
