Instagram wise, I would go with something that would make me look like a real user with a mobile phone.
Mass botting doesn't sound good to start with.
I would go with something low scale if you don't know how to do it at all.
Find the most basic solution to your problem and scale further.

Mobile proxies nowadays are the best used with mobile api bots which are way cost effective than using mobile phones or emulators but that's up to you.
We are doing great with such system however, for small number of accounts you can do either phones/emulators, Jarvee, root jazz bot. Good luck

This sounds at least odd. Who is botting with API? It's the first thing Google was checking for when using their services beyond standard usage.
So I doubt IG would allow this type of behavior.

It s the mobile api that is behind the mobile phones, damn. They can t tell if it s a simple api request because it uses the same endpoin android app uses

How do you deal with the fact they verify whether it's click coming from the app or just some random POST request?

This statement is simply not true in the common sense.
Any bot that is custom tailored to our needs is better than anything offered in the mass scale.

yes but for lets say upto 3000 accounts its fine. if you are talking 10k + accounts then custom for sure

No, honestly 200 accounts + you will want to go custom bot route. You simply don’t want to deal with the hassle of blocks and bans. It’s not sustainable at scale.
