Hmm I installed the beta adobe AIR as suggested, but when I try to load MS it brings up the adobe air agreement box, I click agree and nothing happens.

I think I need to reboot.

problem fixed but... google adwords keyword generator is only getting about 100 and something.. rather than 800 like before.. any reason??

Usually happens when you don't have a google adwords profile logged in. If you're using MS without a adwords profile it'll only fetch 100 at a time. Need to be logged in to get 800
 
I think I'm going to move away from MS soon. I don't know if its their code or just that adobe air sucks, but it has constantly been a FRUSTRATINGLY slow piece of software.
 
since i updated to adobe air 3.0 market samurai has not crashed once.
 
I noticed this crashing too and checked windows task manager. MS was using insane amounts of ram (over 3 gigs). I ordered a new pc with 8 gigs of ram in the hopes of beating this problem but now I will try the abode fix mentioned here.
 
i've tried the fix above intensively. In my stupidity, I installed MS on the slowest laptop in the office, an single core T1350 with 1Gb of RAM. BUT NOW... MS it's working without any crash.

The fix is good - if it works for me on this laptop it will work for everyone.
 
I have the exact same problem. Not only that though, the program crashes at various intervals too. I just stopped using it. If they want to use the Adobe Air platform, fine, but I won't use their program. MSi installers ftw.
 
Market Samurai is crashing for me again. 87.88 now crashes for me even with Air 3 beta installed.
 
Now it's messing up on my Win7 64 box. Using Air 3, it will not open, Using Air 2.7 it crashes on Keyword Analysis.
This was after the re-install. It seems like they are neglecting MS for Article Samurai... I was afraid this would happen. I'm almost tempted to use Traffic Travis 4 again...almost.
 
They had another upgrade/fix pushed out today that fixed this for me.
