Q: Can I be penalized for using a PBN?
A: Link penalties with properly-managed, real PBNs are very rare, although with Google updates rolling out every month, you could be hit for your on-site content or bounce rate. It’s extremely unusual, though, and drops from those penalties can be recovered.
Q: Can I rank just by using links from my private network sites?
A: It all depends on how competitive your keywords are. PBN links should be able to get you ranking highly, but you should use additional links as well. Diversity is always important.
