Make a music channel grow?

So, I know this up and coming singer/songwriter who is starting to get her feet on the ground in the industry.

I love her music and she's a great person, I'd really like to see her succeed.

Her SoundCloud is starting to move, but her YouTube presence is stagnant (I don't think they're focused on marketing it from a "when she's popular, she'll get views" mindset)

Is there anything I can do to...help her along?

Use SMM panels to get a nice looking following and a minimum of 1k views on every video with likes and comments to match. Then use SMM services to promote on other websites to drive organic traffic to YouTube (such as quality reddit upvotes). Pretty easy to get a following.
 
If you don't know her to contact her on YouTube and see if you can get permission to post her videos up on YouTube. Make a channel dedicated for her music and just posting it. If she doesn't mind getting on camera as her to make videos where she can get on camera so people can see her face while she performs that will bring in natural engagement that way you don't have to spend a dime to get her views up. People will organically start to notice her and she'll get a huge following eventually. It's not that hard for girls who are talented in music to get on the come up.

It's not hard for girls in general to become famous. Having an actual talent just isn't fair. ;)

Exactly it's too easy for girls hell they can even run their own web cam stream and make money through that us dudes got to find another way. LOL! Wish I was a pretty good girl with singing and guitar talents. ;);)
