Hello, If website ranking for high volume keyword in the last position of 1st page then is high impression and low CTR normal? Does google count CTR on every search of users?

Session duration is a better signal to gauge the quality of content

Maybe too many ads at the bottom of search page

Unless youre in the top 3 positions of page one, then yes, low CTR and high impressions in your GSC dash is pretty normal. Most people arent scrolling beyond the fold, so you wont see many clicks even though your site is technically showing and getting impressions.

If you want to increase your CTR, then you can artificially inflate those numbers using a legit tool to do so. Or you can pay for traffic and increase CTR that way as well.
