LOST my account forever? business failed

This morning I couldn't even log in on my account, I have en email from Instagram saying this basically:

We’ve removed or disabled access to the following content you posted on Instagram because a third party reported that the content violates their trademark rights

They provided me the email of that Online Protection company and the report number. They suggest me to write to them if I want my account back, but I don't think they will give a shit about my problem.

Any experience with any of this guys?

It's a Nike logo parody, I used many times. But I actually worked for Nike, and people from their offices bought me stuff, so I felt protected.

The ones you borrowed the content without asking so they can give permission to instagram to release your account?
