Looking to sell first site... need advice

I created a site a month ago to sell twitter followers to businesses and users looking to boost their social media presence and named it findmetweeps. I used odesk to do over 200 hours of SEO which created ~1000 back links. The site has had 800 Unique visitors this month and made 3 sales at $49.99. So net it's made $90 in one month. I've just purchased some PTC traffic from the forum and I want to sell it some time this month. My question is what is a good price to sell it for and is there anything else I can do to increase what it's worth?

Another post had a great idea to offer intensive, IE. offer 40 hours of SEO after sale, do the site transfer for them etc.

I sell and buy sites at 3 months of revenue.
The price is what a seller is willing to sell it for and a buyer willing, able and ready to pay for it...

Ok cool, I'm going to try the incentive idea to boost the selling price a little and possibly offer a new site (not yet SEO'd) as bonus addition if bid goes above a certain price.

I'm really looking to get $1,200 for it. Is that too ambitious? As it technically could make ~$800 a year for many years to come.

Keep it another few months and increase the revenue. At the moment, you'd be looking at something around $300-400 as it has no history.

$1200 is far too high with just a month of proof, especially as it was only $90. Try get it earning $300 profit next month and your $1200 will be far more realistic.

First month 90 USD is actually good, keep it for a few months, try to increase profits a lot, and then you can post how fast the profits went, which will make the site have even more potential.

I always like to keep sites for a minimum of 3 months before I flip them once they start getting traffic and making money. So if a site takes 1 month to start seeing anything, I won't flip it until the 4th month at the earliest.

Buyers like to see a history if they are going to offer you a good price for the site. You might as well sit on the passive income for a few months and then sell it. This way, not only will the auction end at a higher price, but you make an extra income for the time you hold it.

If your site made $90 the first month, see how month 2 works out. You never know, it could make a lot more once the search engines find more of those links and start ranking it higher. As soon as the income is stable for an extended period and you don't see it moving up, then flip it.
