Im assuming you want to run as an affiliate? If so, talk to the affiliate manager. They can give you access to run the offer via their Facebook rep. This is how I did it.

FB hates direct med claims, but you could push an educational blog first and retarget from there.

Add a page
Make a creo
Upload Creo
Appeal if it doesnt work

Its no different to running any other ad. Creos need to be very neutral.
There is a new way to bypass filters if you add neutral pics to placements. Seems to work good for black ads at the moment

only seen the lander beeing "educational" like 10 reasons why ozempic blabla but usuaöy the violations are clear and especialy in the ads. how do people run these'

so you can use words like ozempic in the ad? but sell anything except ozempic right=
 
Only properly certified Advertisers get permission from Meta to run such ads like ozempic
 
Ads that don’t comply can be blocked immediately. Some “regular” pages exploit loopholes (such as unverified accounts) to run ads, but this practice is risky and difficult to sustain.
 
It is possible to run Meta ads in Ozempic advertorials, but you need to work with a certified pharmacy, telehealth provider, or affiliate manager to comply with Meta and FDA policies. Use compliant creatives and slowly adjust budgets using static proxies to avoid being banned.
 
Find a provider who will help you set everything up and make sure you have a strong account.
