Looking to JV with a Programer (SAAS Platform)

Hey there BHW! I am looking to partner up with someone who has experience building SAAS Platforms.

My idea is a multi million dollar idea... and I'm not just saying it.. It's the answer to a lot of peoples problems. It can be sold for $100-$500 a month as a saas platform..

I am not just going to message you on skype and tell you what it is. An NDA and Non-Compete is mandatory.

I would also prefer for my partner to be in the US for time differences but will consider international JVs if it makes sense.

You will receive 25% equity in the company for developing this tool.
