Looking to Hire a Web Designer to develop my shopify site

What I am looking for is someone with the know how with shopify's liquid language or if they know how to work wordpress in with shopify. I would like the site to have many features and graphics. Im in the business of a sneaker Autocheckouts. So it should follow a certain theme and color scheme that I have in mind. I need someone with graphics design experience and the know how to develop sites in shopify.Needs to be very clean and professional. Ive looked around on here but it seems they will only design the site not put it into the code. If someone fits these criteria let me know. This a full website project and you will be paid accordingly.
