First off thanks to everyone taking the time to read my first post on Blackhatworld! I'd like to know what recruiters looking for in a site. I just finished developing my camsite and I am currently doing testing before we turn it live. This upcoming week we will launch our marketing campaign in hopes to gain lots of traffic paying customers. Although we have about 10 committed models with fallowing, we will be looking to gain as many models as possible. Right now we're looking into having recruiters bringing in new, active models and wanted to know what we could do to best facilitate that. Looking forward to your replies
I'm building out a webcam recruiting site as we speak. One thing to know, models are flaky and the majority of those recruited ending up backing out. I was planning on promoting 2 other webcam modeling sites, but if you're paying out the same, I might add you into mix. Will you be associated with the larger webcam aggregators or are you planning on being your own webcam site. Things I like to see are: testimonials of some of the girls (things like money made, set own hours...), clean NON-tacky site, easy way to sign up.
It's incredibly challenging to get your models to stick around unless you have traffic coming in and they are getting paid. I would suggest going with a few core models that are willing to stick with you while you build things up, and get a reputation going for yourself. Honestly - you don't need hundreds of models until you have many thousands of visitors at a time. Most will sit around wanking it to whatever free video they can get their hands on without purchasing a private show anyway.
